I've noticed hair from previous guests in the bathroom and unkempt floors, which isn’t ideal. Plus, the air conditioning unit is old and makes a racket all night. It’s not the best experience for the price, which feels a bit steep for what you get. At $270 for one night, expectations seem misplaced.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay with our kids. The location is unbeatable, steps from Times Square and great eateries. Although the room was cozy, it was clean and the staff turned friendly after an initial hiccup. Pro tip, don’t skip the nearby pizza joint for late-night snacks!
